The 3-Axle Flatbed Semi-Trailer is engineered for maximum versatility and heavy-duty performance. Unlike fence trailers or box vans, the flatbed features a completely open deck, allowing overhead crane loading, side loading, or rear loading with ease. The 3-axle configuration provides superior weight distribution, making it ideal for concentrated loads such as steel coils or heavy machinery. Manufactured from Q345B high-strength manganese steel, this trailer combines lightweight construction with exceptional structural integrity.
100% Open Deck Design
No sides, no roof – unlimited height and width capacity (within legal limits). Allows crane loading from above, forklift loading from sides/rear, or drive-on loading for wheeled vehicles.
Reinforced Heavy-Duty Main Beam
I-beam main frame made of Q345B high-strength steel with a through-type design. The beam height is optimized for high torsional strength while maintaining a low center of gravity.
3-Axle Configuration (13T–16T per axle)
Total GVW up to 40–48 tons. Axle spacing is optimized to meet legal axle load limits in most countries (Europe, Asia, Africa, Middle East).
Flexible Suspension Options
Mechanical leaf spring (standard – durable and cost-effective) or air suspension (optional – better cargo protection and ride comfort).
Heavy-Duty Flooring Options
Standard: 28–32mm thick hardwood or apitong wood (shock-absorbing, non-slip). Optional: 4–6mm diamond steel plate (for steel coils or abrasive cargo).
Robust Braking System
Dual-circuit air brakes with ABS as standard. Optional EBS (Electronic Braking System) for enhanced safety and reduced stopping distance.
Removable Accessories (Optional)
Add bolt-on or foldable side rails, stake pockets, container twist locks, or headboards as needed.
Superior Corrosion Protection
Full shot blasting to Sa2.5 level, followed by epoxy zinc primer and two coats of high-quality polyurethane paint. Optional hot-dip galvanizing for extreme coastal or chemical environments.
To ensure you receive the optimal trailer for your specific operation, please provide the following information:
Fifth wheel height (typically 1,150–1,250 mm) – This determines trailer deck height and front overhang design.
Tractor horsepower – 3-axle flatbed at 40T GVW requires minimum ~350 HP for highway use.
Maximum total length (e.g., Europe: 16.5m tractor-trailer combined; China: 13m trailer only)
Maximum axle load (e.g., 10T per axle in many countries – 3 axles = 30T max payload + tare weight)
ABS/EBS mandatory? (EU requires ABS; some countries now require EBS)
Underrun protection required? (Side and rear underrun guards are mandatory in most regions)
Removable side rails (convertible to fence trailer)
Container twist locks (for 20ft / 40ft container transport)
