Equipped with the EBP multi-state intelligent driving control fuel-saving switch and intelligent torque-controlled gear shifting, the standard ZF AMT transmission enables more than 80% of drivers to adopt fuel-efficient driving habits, reducing overall fuel consumption by 4–5% per 100 km. The vehicle incorporates optimized Mercedes-Benz technology and a high-displacement engine that delivers strong low-speed torque, increasing transmission efficiency by 2% while providing powerful performance and a broad fuel-efficient operating range.

Drop resistance design
With a newly designed body and CFD-optimized aerodynamics, the vehicle features low drag and low rolling resistance. Additional drag-reducing components—such as a shroud, side deflectors, and side skirts—along with optimized rearview mirrors and a redesigned sun visor, reduce the drag coefficient to 0.58, reaching a world-leading level and lowering overall fuel consumption by approximately 12% per 100 km.
