Foton Xiangling V1 1.6L Micro truck is a cost-effective commercial vehicle specially developed by Foton Motor for urban logistics, individual transportation and other scenarios. This vehicle is equipped with a 1.6-liter high-efficiency gasoline engine, featuring a powerful 122 horsepower. It complies with the Euro VI emission standards. The 3.2-meter single-row box with a flat bed is designed in combination with a single rear-wheel configuration, perfectly balancing the loading capacity and maneuverability. • Cab: Utilizes a high-strength steel cage structure, with reinforced treatment at key areas

• Coating protection: Three-layer protection consisting of electrophoretic primer, intermediate coat and topcoat, with corrosion resistance lasting for over 5 years.

• Container material: Baosteel cold-rolled steel plate, with a thickness of 1.2mm, and edge panel reinforcement design

Chassis components

• Frame steel: The main beam is made of 510L high-strength steel, with a yield strength of ≥ 355 MPa

• Welding process: Automatic welding by robots, double welding at key areas for guarantee

• Anti-corrosion treatment: Phosphating treatment for key components of the chassis, and application of anti-corrosion coatings.
