The 35-ton 3-axle bulk cement trailer is a pressure discharge tanker specifically designed for transporting and unloading dry bulk materials such as cement, fly ash, lime powder, and mineral powder. The fluidized bed and pneumatic discharge system allows fast, dust-free unloading into silos. Built with high-strength steel and a corrosion-resistant coating, this trailer is the industry standard for cement plants, construction sites, and bulk material depots.
35-ton payload capacity – Optimized for 3-axle legal weight limits (total GVW ~40–45 tons)
Pneumatic discharge system – Compressed air fluidizes powder for fast unloading (1.2–1.5 tons/min)
3 axles – 13T–16T per axle, total GVW 40–48 tons
Horizontal or vertical tank design – Horizontal is standard for semi-trailers
Fluidized bed (air pads) – Multiple air pads ensure complete discharge with low residual (0.3–0.5%)
Discharge height – Up to 15–20 meters (direct into silo)
Discharge distance – Up to 30–50 meters horizontal (hose length)
Manhole / filling hatches – 2–3 large openings with dust seals
Safety features – Pressure relief valve, burst disc, safety ladder, and platform

Key tips:
Compressor requirement – Tractor must have a suitable screw compressor (typically 6–10 m³/min at 2 bar) OR purchase an auxiliary diesel compressor mounted on the trailer
Single material only → 1 compartment is simpler and cheaper
Two different materials (cement + fly ash mix on site) → 2 compartments required
Long haul / rough roads → Air suspension + EBS recommended
Coastal / humid environments → Request hot-dip galvanized chassis + marine-grade paint
