(1) Before disassembling any pipes, plugs or related components, the system pressure (such as air, hydraulic oil, engine oil, water, etc.) should be released first. When opening the water tank cover, hydraulic oil tank cover, oil filler cap and other plugs, be particularly careful to avoid high-pressure liquids spilling out. When removing the cover plates, gradually remove the last two bolts or nuts. Before complete disassembly, pay attention to the springs or pressure-bearing parts.

(2) Loosened or damaged fuel pipes, oil pipes and hydraulic oil pipes must not be used any longer and must be replaced immediately. For leaking pipes, do not attempt to detect the leak with your hands as the high-pressure liquid that spurts out at high speed can cause injury. When it is necessary to detect the leak, a piece of paper or a clamp can be used to locate the position of the leakage hole.

(3) During disassembly, avoid damaging the wires. When reinstalling, ensure the wires are properly protected. When connecting the wires, be careful not to get them wet.

(4) Before operation, it is necessary to carefully check whether there are any dangers on the site, and inspect the ground and soil conditions of the working area to determine the best and safest operation method.

(5) If there are water pipes, gas pipes, high-voltage cables, communication optical cables or other pipelines buried beneath the work site, you should first contact the relevant departments to determine their locations. Do not dig through or cut these pipelines at all.

(6) Before conducting operations in water or across rivers, it is necessary to check the water depth and flow rate. Operations are strictly prohibited in water with excessive depth or flow rate.

(7) Completely remove any accumulated wood chips, leaves, waste paper and other flammable materials from the engine. Check if there are any leaks in the fuel, lubricating oil and hydraulic oil systems. If there are leaks, they should be repaired immediately. Clean up any excess oil and other flammable liquids. Do not place flammable items, especially oil-based ones, on the battery cover. Clean up any excess oil stains to prevent fires. Ensure that there is a fully functional fire extinguisher on the site.

(8) In the driver's cabin, tools and spare parts should be placed in the toolbox. Do not allow the floor, levers, pedals and handrails in the cabin to be contaminated with engine oil, grease and other impurities. Fasten your seat belt when operating.

(9) During operation and maintenance, it is essential to carefully read the safety regulations, precautions, operation procedures and usage instructions provided in the product manual.

(10) At the work site, it is prohibited to wear loose, damaged or oily clothes. Do not wear jewelry or let your hair hang long. When operating or performing maintenance, one should wear a safety helmet, protective glasses, mask and gloves, and work shoes.

(11) Fire extinguishers should be available on board and their usage methods should be known. An emergency kit should be kept at the storage location, and the phone numbers of emergency contact personnel should also be provided.

(12) Before leaving the driver's seat, make sure to firmly place the safety locking lever in the locked position. Before leaving the machine, lower the bucket completely to the ground, then lock the safety locking lever to stop the engine, lock all equipment with the key, and keep the key with you.

(13) Diesel, hydraulic oil, engine oil and antifreeze will catch fire when exposed to open flames. Especially diesel, which is a highly flammable substance. Therefore, do not allow any flames to approach the machine. When refueling, make sure the engine is turned off and smoking is prohibited. Tighten the covers of the diesel, hydraulic oil and engine oil tanks. Refueling should be done in a well-ventilated area.

(14) Do not jump onto or off the machine. Never climb onto or off a moving machine. When getting on or off the machine, always face the machine and maintain at least slight contact between your hands and the handrails, ladders, or tracks. Always wipe off the oil and dirt on the handrails, ladders (or steps), and tracks.

(15) Avoid opening the cover for inspection during high-temperature conditions. Immediately after the operation has stopped, the temperatures and pressures of engine coolant, engine oil, hydraulic oil, etc. are extremely high. If you open the cover for inspection or replace the filter element at this time, it will cause severe burns. You must wait until the temperature drops before following the prescribed procedures for inspection.

(16) Special attention should be paid when there are asbestos fibers on the components. Do not use compressed air to clean the components, do not brush or grind the asbestos fibers, clean them with water instead. Operate as far away from the wind as possible. If necessary, wear a protective mask.

(17) Do not allow your body to enter, nor should you place your hands, arms or any part of your body between the moving components, such as between the working device and the hydraulic cylinder, or between the machine body and the working device.

(18) Protective covers should be installed at the appropriate positions to prevent injuries from falling or flying objects and to protect the driver. When using a hydraulic hammer or performing demolition and crushing operations, protective covers should be installed on the front window, a roof guard should be installed on the cab roof, and laminated safety glass should be installed on the windows. When working in mines, tunnels or other places with the risk of falling objects, fall protection devices and laminated glass should be installed. During these operations, all personnel except the driver should be outside the danger zone.

(19) For machines equipped with accumulators, after shutting off the engine, the safety locking lever should be placed in the locked position, and the auxiliary device pedal should be locked with a lock pin. The accumulator is filled with high-pressure nitrogen, and improper handling can be very dangerous. Therefore, it is prohibited to drill holes in the accumulator or expose it to open flames. Do not weld any protrusions on the accumulator, and do not release the gas from the accumulator without authorization.

(20) Remove the dust and deposits from the surfaces of the windows and the lamps. Adjust the rearview mirrors, and check the installation and lighting conditions of the headlights and working lights.
